How often does my car need an MOT?

Can I choose you for an insurance repair?

Yes. Whatever your insurer suggests, you have the right to pick your own repairer. We produce the itemised estimate and photographs they ask for and deal with the claims handler directly, so you are not stuck relaying messages.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. Labour is guaranteed for 12 months and parts carry their manufacturer warranty. Paintwork is guaranteed against defects such as lifting or flaking for the life of your ownership, subject to normal care.

Do you offer a courtesy car?

A courtesy vehicle can usually be arranged for longer body repairs and insurance work, subject to availability and your age and licence. Ask when you book so we can reserve one for your dates.

How long will my repair take?

Servicing, brakes and diagnostics are typically same day. Smart repairs are usually one to two days, and larger body or engine work three days upwards. We give you an estimated completion date when the job is confirmed and tell you straight away if it changes.

Do you use genuine parts?

We fit genuine or matching-quality OE parts as standard and will always tell you when a cheaper aftermarket option exists so you can decide. Everything we fit is listed on your invoice.
